The Moldau

Description

A prime example of program music, Smetana’s tone poem The Moldau is a tribute to his native Bohemia and a description of the course of the river from its source to its confluence with the river Elbe. With explanatory texts and full-color illustrations, the edition is aimed at young and adult pianists. The easily playable arrangements and original pieces provide an ideal introduction to this work.
