¡Pura Bachata!

Description

The Dominican Republic’s own version of the blues, bachata developed in the 1930s as a gingerly paced genre peppered with tinkly, powerfully plucked guitar lines. Bachata vocalists typically sing in a rending high pitch about melancholy romantic situations. This songbook features P/V/G arrangements of 25 love songs, bachata style. Includes: Aquí Conmigo · Dos Locos · Tú Eres Ajena · Yo Sí Me Enamore · Extraño A Mi Pueblo · Se Fue Mi Amor · and more.
